Privacy Policy
Last updated 2026
This policy explains what personal data Maxi Capitalist collects, why, and the choices available to you. Maxi Capitalist is an independent, personal editorial project.
Data collected
- Email address. Only if you choose to submit it through the subscribe form. It is stored on the site's own European (Swiss) hosting so that a newsletter can be sent once it launches. It is not used for anything else.
- Server logs. Standard access data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, kept by the host for security and diagnostics.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or share your email with third parties. There is no advertising and no behavioural profiling. No account is required to read the site. At present no analytics or tracking cookies are used; if privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics are added later, this notice will be updated.
Cookies
The site aims to function without non-essential cookies. Any third-party page you follow a link to sets its own cookies under its own policy.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, or to have your email removed, contact hello@maxicapitalist.com. Once a newsletter launches, every email will include an unsubscribe link.
Retention
Email addresses are kept until you ask for removal or until the project ends. Server logs are kept only for as long as the host retains them.
