About
About Maxi Capitalist
Maxi Capitalist is an independent editorial project about the architecture of capital: how sophisticated, long-term wealth is built, structured, governed and preserved.
It is written for the people who actually make these decisions, and for those trying to understand them: family principals, next-generation heirs, advisers and serious allocators. The focus is not on what to buy. It is on the systems behind enduring wealth: family offices, governance, jurisdiction, ownership and succession.
Money is only one layer of wealth. Real wealth is a system: governance, incentives, structure, jurisdiction and time.
The publication is written by Maximillien Vance, a pen name. It is published independently, on a personal basis, from an international perspective shaped by private capital, governance, legal structures and cross-border business.
Every piece aims to be rigorous, independent and genuinely useful, with a clear point of view rather than consensus. The opinions expressed are the author's own and are educational in nature. Nothing here constitutes investment, legal, tax or financial advice.
